The Project
This project is a linear, urban park alongside Carroll Creek in the city of Frederick, MD. RK&K developed the Flood Control design for Carroll Creek in the 1980s and then followed that with this major Creekside park, infrastructure and site development project.
RK&K developed engineering design plans for pavement, utilities, drainage, lighting and structural design of pedestrian bridges.
