The Green County Master Gardeners Association Presents:
Garden Inspirations for All Seasons: Gardening with A Purpose
Saturday, march 14, 2015
8:00 a.m – 3:30 p.m.
Peppercorn Banquests – Ludlow Mansion, Monroe, WI 53566
Registration costs $35 per person before March 6 or $40 per person after March 6
Put your garden gloves on and join the Green County Master Gardeners Association as we present, Gardening with a Purpose!
Eat what you grow … and enjoy the view, too. Gardening with flowers is wonderful, but it’s even better if there’s a dual benefit! In a culture where everyone is busy and aging baby boomers want easier gardening, vegetable plants deliver more -join us to see how this can be accomplished!
Your purpose to garden may be to grow your own food or create green sanctuaries, but planting for a greener good is changing neighborhoods, schools and communities – one garden at a time. A holistic approach to use nature’s way will be one session.
Doing what we can to keep our soils healthy by keeping the nutrients balanced will be the goals of our last session.
Please be aware that due to other events scheduled in Monroe on March 14th— parking may be crowded at the Peppercorn Banquet Hall.
