Metzerott Road Pedestrian CIP Improvements

Negotiation and acquisition of temporary construction and permanent sidewalk easements for a capital improvements project to install and upgrade pedestrian facilities along a corridor of Metzerott Road. Additional duties include title reviews, survey reviews, providing valuations, and conducting public outreach. This area is a combination of single family and multi-unit residential. Most landowners work during the day, so allowing flexibility when scheduling in person meetings is crucial to successful negotiations. The landowners’ primary concerns are impacts to their property; explaining the restoration process and establishing a degree of trust help negotiations move forward.
