The RK&K Women’s Leadership Forum (RWLF) was recently awarded WTS North Carolina Triangle’s Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award. 
This award celebrates individuals or organizations that make significant contributions promoting diversity, inclusion, and multi-cultural awareness within their organization, the transportation industry, or in a project or activity that supports the goals and mission of WTS.
WTS North Carolina Triangle said the RWLF “has exhibited extraordinary efforts in facilitating professional opportunities for women.”
Formed in 2015, the RWLF aims to support, advocate, and promote the skill sets of every woman who works at RK&K while providing a forum for communication and professional development.
