RK&K team members recently attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Morgan State University’s (MSU) new Health and Human Services Building. The 208,000-square-foot, $171-million facility is next in a series of physical additions to MSU’s campus in Baltimore City. The building will provide state-of-the-art classroom, lab, demonstration, office, and community spaces for MSU’s School of Community Health and Policy.
The firm was responsible for utility design, coordination, and plan development as well as stormwater management and drainage design.
“This new Health and Human Services Building will be an incredible asset for Morgan students and our city,” said Baltimore City Mayor Brandon Scott during the groundbreaking. The new facility is slated to open in 2024.
