The Project
RK&K is in our 12th consecutive year of providing expedited wetland/waterway permit review for SHA and other select clients. This is a unique role that requires adherence to the regulations to ensure quick turnaround of JPA reviews and their authorization; and involves close coordination with MDE, Board of Public Works (BPW), USACE, MHT, DNR, and USFWS.
We are effectively serving as MDE’s Wetland and Waterway regulator both in the field to make jurisdictional calls, and in the office to complete project authorizations.
